Our cuisine draws from flavors from around the world with strong latin influences and a foundation based on classic French technique. From South American churrasco to Italian Osso Buco, we truely endeavor to offer an experience that awakens your palate and excites your senses. Our wine list features hand picked wines from around the world with strong emphasis on Chile and Argentina. We also offer a full bar with specialty items as Brazilian cachaca, Chilean pisco, and house made sangria. It is with utmost sincerity that we welcome you to our establishment. COURSE ONE
Fresh Prince Edward Island Mussels steamed with chipotle, Chardonnay, fresh herbs, and cream
Jamaican-style jerked Duroc pork, grilled pineapple and mango salsa

Chilean salad of white asparagus, haricot vert, tomato, hearts of palm,
cilantro and citrus vinaigrette
Hearts of romaine, virgin olive oil and Meyer lemon vinaigrette, tapenade, Spanish white anchovy, ripened goat’s milk cheese, grilled sourdough bread

Roasted supreme of natural chicken, Brazilian-style crepe stuffed with rice and red beans,
cachaça pan sauce
Grilled filet of Angus beef, white truffle oil infused purple potato, fresh black truffle pecorino, tawny port reduction
Grilled South American churrasco of skewered lamb, chorizo, beef, smoked elk sausage, and potatoes; spiced lamb jus
Osso Buco of Le Quebecois grain-fed veal braised with Barbera wine; fresh rosemary pappardelle, gremolata, braising jus
Grilled rack of natural Minnesota Duroc pork, sweet potato and pecan ravioli,
roasted jalapeño and cilantro cream
Grilled bone-in ribeye of angus beef, fingerling potatoes simmered with pancetta, sweet onions, Chilean Carmenère, and demi-glace

Fresh day-boat u-10 scallops, seared and paired with fresh citrus-infused fettucine and a meyer lemon pan sauce
Fresh Hawaiian day-boat Hebi, grilled with a wasabi and plum glaze, steamed coconut rice, ginger and soy vinaigrette
Fresh grilled sablefish, ruby grapefruit and sauvignon blanc reduction, seared organic baby arugula
All fish is shipped fresh from various purveyors around the globe. Options will vary nightly. To ensure complete freshness, all fish items will be listed as features and are subject to availability.
